What builders need to have in place

A Construction Phase Plan must be prepared before the construction phase begins. If you are the only contractor on the project, you are responsible for the plan. If more than one contractor is involved, the principal contractor is responsible for preparing it.

Contractors must also plan, manage and monitor their work, and make sure workers receive a suitable, site-specific induction unless this has already been provided by the principal contractor.
